EPS coding help me please F20

hello friends, i'm from poland, sorry for my english.
I have a car after my wife's collision, I replaced the electric assistance system, used from another car.
i have a coding error.
I know mechanics and I have done a lot of BMW but never the F series.
I have an esys and I would like to ask you for help in coding. EPS error 4823CC.
will anyone help ??

check the cable connection see if they are active, fuse also, I had similar issuer, some people reported negative cable issue, after that you have to code it to you car with same CAFD file from your car
