black screen and no sound after Retrofit HU_CHAMP2 to NBT EVO ID6

Hello,
since my retrofit I have a black screen, here is my configuration:
screen 8.8: 9387547
NBT EVO HU: 2505754
a quadelock with OABR connection

since I have no sound even on USB key or CD
for the radio I was told that I must connect the two FM outputs for it to work?

Can somebody help me please ?
