I downloaded ISTA+ version 4.32.15 with global and EN lite database 4.32.7 and BLP 4.32.33.

the app doesn't start and gives me error msg "The database versions are incompatible with each other. Please contact your local support team. There may also be an incomplete installation."

any idea?
