Nav Stuck On Loading Screen after Istep Update

Hi,  

First of all can I say thank you for all the posts on these forums that have helped me update my Istep

Ok here goes, a few months ago I had my maps updated by a third party to Road Map Europe EVO 2021-3, I did not see the process so can't say what he actually done but I know he used an Enet cable to flash something to the car as the screen went blue then he installed the map update via usb.

The issue I have is that I have now updated my Istep to the latest version but now my nav is stuck on loading, I have the following error regarding the FSC files saying rejected, what I want to know if anyone can help is, can I fix this my self or will I have to pay to get it fixed, I would rather try to fix as I want to learn and am enjoying coding and flashing, I have added some details below:

You require a new FSC Set now since the unit has been flashed, you have lost your old custom fsc set.
