help or guide for ista d manual installation

Good afternoon, i have downloaded the files installation from here :

Please could someone help me to install or tell me where i could get a guide?
i have installed all tools, java , c++, chrome , ediabas , etc
i have extracted folder rheingold in c:
i have extracted SQLiteDBs into the folder rheingold
i have execute reg files

but now i have 2 folders, PSdZData_Full_4.39.20.7z and PSdZData_Lite_4.39.20.rar  that not know what i have to made with them

i need help please, thanks
