E60 LCI Windscreen washer pump issue

Hi,

I'm new to this forum.
My E60 developed an issue with the windscreen washer pump not pumping fluid. I tested the supply to the pump and I'm not getting 12v. What is the supply voltage to activate it?
How do I activate it on ISTA d?
