Thanks. I have since solved the problem with my GPS.  I thought there was some update in the head unit after 2017 and that's why my GPS marker on my display wonders around random streets. I have a 2015 I-Level head unit.

But it was a coding issue on my part.  I had set "gyro inert" to active and that messed up my external GPS data coming in the head unit.
