G11 Ride Hight adjustment problem

Does anyone know the solution to this issue?

I've tried to adjust vehicle height (lower) via ISTA service function but it seems nothing works . 

All values are accepted but nothing changes.  When I force the vehicle to LOW suspension mode - that is what I want. Can it be maybe done via coding? To set LOW suspension hight as default?

Solved.

My ISTA was to old for car's I-Level. With BMW online ISTA it worked without issues.
