NBT EVO ID5 Needs a restart. Who can help with this?

X3, F25, USA car. 

NBT EVO ID5 doesn't respond to commands. You can walk thorugh the meniu, but USB, BT, and CD can do nothing. Also the Navi System is not responding. 

Tried to download the update files from BMW, just to try, but USB is not recognized in anyway. Connected the smartphone and it charges but again, no communication. 

BT can't be connected, too. 

What can be the problem and how it could be solved. No codings or modifications were done to the car. 

I have read about using Tool 32 for reset, but I don't have any experience with it and I'm not sure that will understand what is right and what is wrong. 

Should I have to try and just Code it? Will this help in any way?
