Manual Update of SDP and BLP

Hello Bimmer Community,

Asking for help with manually installing SDP for ISTA+_4.39.20.  It seems like older version of ISTA+ included the SDP (Programming) files.  Am I on the correct path in noticing that the newer versions only include BLP files and you have to install a latest Psdzdata file?
