AOS ISTA instal after running standalone

Anyone succesfully installed AOS original bmw ISTA after having standalone verions installed on their computers without reinstalling widnows first?

If so what did you do, i tried cleaning registry, deleting stnadalone etc but get error :

Failed to start ISTA.

Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.

Does anyone have instructions on how to install AOS ISTA ONLINE? How to register?
