Ok I am new to this site. I have a 2011 F25 X3 xDrive 28i. What software do I need to flash and program modules? Also what software do I need to update firmware? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For flashing updating modules you can use ISTA or E-Sys. ISTA will do the whole car, with E-sys you can do individual modules.
