F56 - Lost Service History from iDrive

Hoping that there would be a few out there that can assist in the following.
I attempted to update my brothers Service History on his Mini 2018 F56 by using Blackbox Service History Manager.
I have used this on my 116d BMW and it worked a treat.
On his car it stated that all was well but when the Head Unit rebooted the option to view Service History had disappeared.
Of cause he is not happy with me and I would like to see if I can get the history back again.

Update -
Tried another route by using HU-ServiceManager
Downloaded Java, configured the config file to point to it and also the Ediabas folder.
Copied the NBTEVO.prg file from my ISTA files over to the Ediabas ECU folder.
When connecting to the car it connects to the Head Unit OK.
Attempted to write the PDI entry and it states OK
Rebooted HU from HU-ServiceManager and the entry is not there.
It is missing the option to display Service History as per screenshot.
Does anyone know a way of getting this back?
Maybe checking the HU using E-Sys or Tool32?
Could be just a config setting?
Any assistance would be greatly received.

Use delete all entries in hu service manager
. Then re-enter all service history.

You have to try and write service history. Then let car sleep for awhile and check

Only ISTA online can do that in ENTRYnav
