BMW G30 540xd DDE Downgrade
#1
Is it possible to downgrade dde ecu because after update in BMW there is always fault P2002. DPF was changed with original new one. Made some test on air mass an there is small correction between setpoint and actual, injectors are in good condition, egr is in good condition acording to ista test plans.
Everytime same fault and I think the only possible reason is that they updated software.

have you coded the new dpf filter?
ECU Remap Stage 1 / 2
Checksum Correction
PopCorn / Hard Cut Limiter
ECU Cloning
PopsBangs
Launch Control Activation
E85 Conversion
DPF / EGR / Adblue / NOX / Lambda and many more.

yes, everything coded, even changed pm sensor, reset dpf and all adaptations and still same fault
#4
Has it been driven after the update, adaptation and particle sensor replacement? CEL on?
#5
There was problem after update in BMW until now, cel is on and everytime fault is about particulate filter low efficiency.Today we changed pm sensor with new original one because with new alternative bosh there is 305500 and 305600. tomorrow will drive car about 200km and will see if there is same problem

The problem solved after replacement of two injectors, there injectors 2 and 4 didn't work properly between 1500-2000RPM.
