How to import fscs and generate certificate for CIC with Fstool2

Hello my friends, I'm having problems with navigation and voice command of an E71 when I used the pendrive to copy the 1b it had the wrong file of Reboot reset of the CIC and now I have navigation and voice command in gray and all fscs in red 

Can someone help me I saw that you can install new fscs via Fstool2 but I don't know how to do that can someone help me please
