AMP disabled after coding

SOLVED after 20min away from the car.

I just finished coding my IX3 after a software update. Coded the usual stuff with a newly updated PSDZ. everything seems to work, however my Subwoofer and BASS is totally gone like I have somehow disabled the AMP? 

it is the Harmon Kardon hifi that are installed. 
many advice where to look for a solution?
