SqliteDB US_4.39.20

Are there any en-US users out there with a recent (4.39.20) version of the SQLite language databases? I have the en-GB version, so I get by. I understand the US version being a bit more friendly to us American English speakers with nomenclature for this side of the pond so I'd like to try it out.
