ista standalone installing ?

Hi all, i have downloaded ista standalone installer and files need.Whatever reason i cannot get it to install. Everytime i click to start installer setup,it comes back with a error along the lines of "Failed mist 4.29.30.zip/plus other files related to the program,even tho i have the files its saying that are mist ?

Anyone have similar issue ,and is it also possible to run the setup from a external harddrive,to save space on a laptop
