E60 No crank No start

Hello everyone! I have an 2009 BMW 535i xdrive AWD about 140,000 miles. One day after an inspection with a front headlight buld change low beam. Came home then about 3 hours later wife went to start the car but she said car was dead no battery. I thought maybe I left the interior light on. So the charged the battery with a low amp charger at the posts under the front hood. After car was fully charged, she went to the store and when done she went to start the car with no crank no start situation. 

THINGS I DONE SO FAR.
1. Checked fuses
2. Got 14v at the hot post under the hood.
3. 13-14v on alt and starter
4. 12v to the starter signal wire. Thin white wire pressing the start button.
5. Run jumper cables for back of car on ground terminal all the whole to front of engine. {I did hear 1 signal click from starter.
6. Did ground test on 3 different ground post under the hood. 2 ground post read 13-14v the ones by the DME box I think it's called that. plastic housing where the ECM is located at. The third ground post read 5v, the one that connects to the front passenger side motor mount.
7. Inspected the CAS module, it looked good. No burnt or fried chip or any vision signs of overheating.
 
I did remove the starter and took apart starter, cleaned it up and reassembled. Bushings were good. I couldn't inspect the solenoid because the 3 screws where stripping out. 
Thinking a ground issue but the engine is grounded. tested good with multimeter and test light. {ground on engine.}

Also I have codes for
CAS             A0B4, A0C1, A0C2,  
DME\DDE     2E7C 
ZBE              A2CD
KLIMA          9C54,  9C63

Check ground connections to chasis in trunk near battery

I think you should check the solenoid. The CAS codes you're getting for Terminal 50 suggest a short to ground.

Hello Guys, sorry for the late reply back with the fix, it was the front ground strap. Located in the front passender side(USA) , one end attached to the front passenger side underside of wheel well to frame and other end too front right motor mount. thanks for everyone's help.

I forgot to mention also is tpe bash board is lit up. 4x4,dsc, abs all I could remember off the top of my head. No notice of any lack of preformence, drives great.
