need A0 FSC after NBT region change

hi Ive changed my NBT from Jap to ece using esys to fa code car then code NBT then flashed NBT but although the A1 fsc is now A0, it is not accepted. I have asked and received a repair FSC pack for my vin but of course it includes an A1fsc only and not an A0 for ECE nav. Can anyone explain or provide an A0 fsc pack so i can load it onto the nbt and have nav back the vin is WBA5J320X0D696776 thanks
