Led Headlights Problem

Hello, I have the following problem. I converted my F48 LCI from halogen to led headlights. Someone from this forum made the vehicle order and the coding for me. Now I have the following problem. When the car is off and I start it, the light cannot be switched on. But if I disconnect the plugs from the headlights, start the engine and plug the plugs back on the headlights, everything works. For information - my X1 is from September 2019 and the installed headlights from 2022. I urgently need help and hope someone from you can help me
