Resync dme and cas model e93

Hi I have a 2013 convertible 335i.  Does mikes easy bmw here have all the files to resync my vehicle or do I need to download more files?

My car was sitting for a year. I installed new battery and starter. It cranks now but no start. I have downloaded Mikes bmw but need to know if I need any files more, to resync cas and dme? My ista doesn't have dme cas resync nor inpa e93 files?

Have same problem, on msd/msv80 cas4 etc i think dont work like with older cas or ews when trying to do alignment with inpa/tool32 or ista.
how is it possible on these e series with cas4 ??

Has anyone have any look with E70 or MSV80 alignment, adjustment or resynching with CAS3+ (EWS4) ??
