4390 - Charge-air temperature sensor, signal - HELP!

Hi all!
Patient - E60 Lci 525d 145kw/197hp
I downloaded inpa and ista-d.
Everything works good. But I have an issue with error no.
4390 - Charge-air temperature sensor, signal.
Checked sensor / resistance - okay.
Checked plug cable contacts - no voltage when ignition on and ignition off.
Did somebody had similar problem and solved it?
Can somebody help me please? Maybe wiring diagram can help me too.

Use ista-d to check the issue. Test plan should be able to give you options to troubleshoot the issue and you can also view the wiring.
