Update ZGW for X3 F25

Good morning . 
I want update and replace in to my F25 years 2011 the ecu ZGW Basic to ZGW-02 8K.
it's risky? do i have to do the coding? can i do damage? the zgw used is of a f10 and not f25 must be flashed before and how?

Assuming that part number is compatible, you need to flash it with f25 Vo. First save vo from old zgw and start process with esys

I have used esys only for code and not for flashing.
