Trying to get Bimmerutility

Hi Guys My name is Meti,
I started coding a couple months ago on my BMW 640i(b58) G32

So far I have done MHD Stage 1 on b58
Ive used BimmerCode for some basic changes and also in expert mode but bimmercode Sems to be very limited on what you can do.

So after doing some researches I chose Bimmerutility and bimmerscene community to continue my Journey to make BMWs Better.  

I want to buy Bimmerutility but I have some problems and questions? 
1. I don´t have PayPal Acc.
2. If I buy one license does the license include  PC and phone version?
3. Is it possible to Flash and Code just with WiFi OBD2 (if not, in wich cases i need Cable connection)?
Is There another Payment method?
