VIN Search ISTA+/Rheingold

Hey guys, I get a error message when I enter my VIN into ISTA. It says the VIN is invalid or not assigned. Does anyone know why?

No vehicle connected. I just wanted to do a VIN lookup and get the repair manuals.

Which ISTA version is this? You can also try the basic features option

I attached screenshots. There is nothing to select in the basic features selection.

Looks like your ista setup might have an issue. Try reinstalling it
