F20 NBT fullscreen Carplay - iD5
#1
Hi! I have a F20 iD5 with CarPlay enabled coded via USB. This feature was enabled only in 3/4 of the screen since I was told that it would require a cable coding (E-Sys perhaps?) to make it fullscreen.

Anyone knows if that same procedure can be done via a bluetooth or a wifi OBD2 adapter (Veepeak or VGate) and Bimmercode app maybe?

Thanks!

Hi,

You cannot do it via bluetooth or OBD2 adapter.
You need either to do it via ENET cable (+ 3rd party application that will code your HU) or via USB (with a bin file).

Great. Thank you for the answer. Now, how do I get that bin file?

Thanks again
