Headlights initialization fail

Hello everyone, i started headlight initialization in service function of ista+ for a 2014 Rolls royce ghost because it had replaced headlights, but the left front turn signal stopped working for some reason does anyone know an insight what might be the issue ? How can be done to resolve it ?

what does fault memory say? Any picture you can post it here ?

Left turn signal needs initialization but when i do it still doesn’t work, do i need to Vo code before initialization for it to effect ?

The headlights needs to be coded first

The headlight modules, it think it should have LHM but will depend on the vehicles configuration. If you are interested i can have a look at it remotely.
