BMW Ista Fehlermeldung / BMW software error

Weiß jemand wo hier der Fehler liegt? Wollte Service zurückstellen aber er sagt mir kein Inhalt vorhanden und es zeigt alles in Zahlen an

Does anyone know where the error is here? I wanted to reset the service but it tells me there is no content and it shows everything in numbers

Might be corrupt ista installation

Have standalone 4.39.20 on it with psdzdata full 4.45.30. could psdzdata be faulty?

I did it yesterday. same error exists. I suspect that something is wrong with psdzdata. Or I can download the standalone again here in the forum

maybe some issue with the database not psdzdata. You can try whatever is avaible
