Hello all.

Was considering updating the '15 535i factory Idrive 4 to Idrive 5 or 6.
Wonder if things go well will I need to code a proper screen resolution into the system?

Will eventually update the stock screen but want to put funds into the waterpump, mickeymouse hose fitting, chargepipe, struts, etcetcetc

Ill get a grip on the generations but thought to start a chat on this new resource.

The screen resolution will not change depending on how you code the unit. you will have to change the apix

If its 2015, then its nbt, you cant update it, need to change headunit to nbt evo
