I couldn't switch the UI to German after full install

sw was not installed on a German OS though

is there anything else to do?

Did you download the SQLiteDBs named DE_4.27.20.7z and it was checked when you installed it. 
you have 5 languages in SQLiteDBs: DE, EN, GLOBAL (is a must), IT and ZH

yes, downloaded and installed the full package

Go to installation C:/Ista/SQLiteDBs and make a screenshot of what files you have in there.
If there is no DE files, you didn`t install the language pack, only English. Try install ISTA again and select only German and Global/Other from Language. Don`t select english.
I have only english

it is German now, but it is the installer which doesn't unpack and copy the required language files, there's no need to reinstall anything just extraxting the German zip and copying them

Have you got idea how to fix this - a license warning . Turned up after some windows 10 updates
