Just checked mine installed on a new laptop.
Everything is working perfectly fine.
Another suggestion is try and check if you have net framework 3.5 installed.
Just checked. It is instlled nd ticked in windows features. Looks like I will just hve to wait for newer one!

Had a same problem. There was  disruption when downloading. You have to download and install again!

Had a same problem. There was  disruption when downloading. You have to download and install again!
Just dowloaded again whitout disruptions. Still the same error. Sad When I try do manualy unzip SPD file it shows that files are broken. So it fails to manualy unzip also. Sad
