BMW X5 F15 NBTevo US to EU

Hi to all !
Have an BMW X5 F15 2017, with an NBT Evo.
I want to change Region Map to EU, to activate Full Carplay/Android Auto and VIM.
NBTevo_L17193l.
Have BME Icom A2, already coded via E-sys '6UD' option.
At the moment don't have BMW E-net cablet(but i ordered it).
Can someone please help with some steps for that? (And how to install the 'FSC' codes that i need)

You won't need a BMW ENET Cable, just a flash drive.
