F56 Coding Help

Have a 2016 F56 mini S having some issues and trying to reoslve.

Backsotry bought the car from Auto Auction came in without a DME.  I have cloned an ECU from another car with like motor to the car pulled ISN from BDC and installed and got the car running.

My issue is that it says Drivetrain malfunction DME says internal fault 1f2102 

Function release, power increase: not occurredFault Code Description
The diagnosis monitors enabling of a data status via SWT enabling code.
Fault monitoring conditions:
The fault is detected when a data status to be enabled has been programmed.Service Plan
- Release DME data with enabling code.
- Reprogram DME enabling code.
- Program DME correct data without enabling requirement.Fault Impact


I see one option on the car that I cant identify as a retorfit i Believe   shows up on FA as NPOW.  

My assumption is the car had a TUNE and they removed the Tuned DME before insruance took it.  

I have tried to code with E-sys 3.36 to FA I believe I have all the steps right there but this issues still persists with Drive train malfunciton 

Any thoughts on things to try

Follow-up

Figured out the issue.

With my acdp2 tool I was using b38 ECU clone as it had the right part number for the ECU then something hit me and I saw b48 ECU clone further down with the same ECU model number. Re-read my donor ECU with b48 and cloned and changed vin and Isn. Recocded with binmer utility cleared codes and everything is good to go, car has a ton of power now
