EVO no Ethernet connection after VO Fix

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a HU Evo. After successfully flashing ID4>ID6, I tried to do the VO Fix with FeatureTool as I always do, but it failed during the Feature process. From that moment on, my HU no longer communicates via Ethernet and cannot ping 169.254.199.119 or 169.254.199.99, it does not show up in Esys and displays "No Signal". After doing some research, I saw that I should copy D_Flash and P_Flash from another known good HU using VVDI Prog. I did that, but without success. The HU still has no Ethernet connection. Does anyone know how I can solve this?
