BMW ROAD MAP EUROPE EVO 2020-3 - TORRENT

Has anybody else had issues installing this map? I did what i believe is the correct procedure, formatted memory stick to fat32, then placed files on the root of memory;

FSE Folder
"1" Folder
config.nfm
NBTevo_ECE_101210.pkg
NBTevo_ECE_101210.pkg.light.sig
NBTevo_ECE_101210.pkg.sig

but i get this error every time "data on usb device unusable please replace USB device and try again"

Ive tried re formatting the USB and mounting the files again but same error.
