Esys Launcher Bimmer Utillity same problem

Hello, I have this problem, on 2 different computers, where it says the same esys launcher and BU, one shows me the car models, the other doesn't, how can I solve it? 

For example:  F010=  F005  F006 F010 F012 F013...
