This is retrofitted EVO ID4 in 2016 F30. After I flashed it to the ID5 display sometimes goes full black (not "no signal") with HU working completely.
Everything worked just fine for a few days after flash.

ISTA says "CID: Internal control unit fault (software faulty)"

Anyone had this fault?

ID4 with APIX1 ?

What ilevel have you flash?

Yes, with APIX1. I had to change APIX2 to 1 after flash to solve No Signal.
Also, color depth to 18, and com mode to spi.

It's normal. ID4 and apix1, ilevel max 1803 for no screen black intermittent
