Deep obd app swirl flap egr ecu remap code

Hi. 
Does annyone know if it is possible to remap/code away the swirl flaps and egr from the ecu on a E70 with M57N2 engine, with the android app  : Deep Obd2 bmw? 

Everything is in german, and its alot of text to translate. 

I dont have a laptop/pc, right now. 

I was able to reset and adjust the transfer case after oil change. So the app is good.

Nope, it's not possible.

You need ecu programmer, and in that case even chinese Kess V2 or MPPS will make a job.
However both required laptop and if you don't have idea about ecu remapping, need also somebody who will prepare map for you.

So, you have three options:

1) you can buy chinese kess/mpps, read ecu, and send to me then I can make a file for you (via dealer portal: https://app.tune-x.com) and write by yourself.

2) go to local tuner for remap

3) invest in AT One ( it's personal flasher assigned to VIN ) however this solution is way expensive

i order a laptop. And then i can use ISTA? are INPA fading out ? (Read somewere that inpa is not so mutch in use anny more). What ells software do i need ? Tool32? Annything ells? I dont need Kess V2? Wen i use ista insted?

ISTA is an official BMW diagnostic and software update tool , you can't acheive anything unofficial with ISTA.

you need a proper tool as wjgud123 mentioned.
