NBT EVO ID5 Retrofit

Hello to all. 

I managed to get a harness for bench flashing nbt evo. Got myself a nbt evo , screen , idrive. But currently stuck at post ( quarantine)

Anyone could explain how to flash the head unit to my current vin and avoid any locking of the unit ?

Turn on igntion
Esys
External Applications> Transmitter
Run ReadVin job
Capture Donor Vin of HU
Switch to FSC Extended Tab
Connect to 0x63 and identify
Use WriteVin to update your Vin to Donor
Switch to coding
read and activate FA
Code HU_NBT

Should be ok - you will need FSC codes for this as well for services iirc.

I do also have a nbt on bench flashing cable, 4sk zgw, idrive, nbt, emulator, all that i need for this. But, I can not do the tal calculation,

Do i Need to Read vcm or read ecu, in svt actual
on kis/svt target, when I press calculation it will not do it...even if I manage somehow to do it, by just trying different commands, after tal calculation and on tal processing it only appears hw deinstall.

I do have all the latest psdzdata...

What I am doing wrong? Any info is very helpfull. Thank you!
