i3 HU_ENTRYNAV NCD for large screen retrofit

Hello

Could someone please share a ncd from a working retrofit of the large screen on entrynav HU? i3 pre-LCI. I've tried with bimmercode and BU but I always get the 2/3rds screen and DTC 
"B7F87F HU-B: encoding fault"
"B7F8CB CID: Image data invalid or faulty"
psdz: 4.55.21
Esys: 24.06.01
HU FW level 03.11.20

Maybe I should try other versions of esys and psdz?

there are only 2 values to be changed for the bigger screen ,

watch this video , you don't need to understand German , just watch from minute 4:20 , you will see the 2 codes for the 10.25" screen coding.

Yes, I've done exactly that in both bimmercode and BU. VO coded with esys in-between tries.

This guy had the same exact problem as me.
Upgrading iDrive screen to 10.25"

if you read post#14 from the thread you posted , the guy clearly said that his problem was bimmercode.

Yes, and that's why I bought BU but that didn't work either.
I tried Esys Plus 3.8.1 (from here) with 4.39.36 but the screen didn't show anything directly after coding so I'm of to bed with my fingers crossed that it starts working after the modules have been power cycled..

So.. I just realized that I was an idiot yesterday and pressed "Code" instead of "Code NCD" after doing my edits.. Did it the right way now and the screen works like a charm!

To sum it up: Bimmercode and BU failed to code HU correctly for some reason. Esys did the trick and now it works.
