Ista+ and bikes - no rep info

Hi to all,

I‘m new user - great forum! 

Directly I‘ve got a question. After installation of ista+(d) v4.25.40, program works well for cars, rep manual part included. But when I try to get rep information for bike(search by text search), I only get hits from abl, fub, sta, ssp, etc. but no rep hits. The field „Product Structure“ under vehicle management - repair/maintenance is greyed out, too. Maybe anyone has an idea...

really none of the experts in this forum has an idea? Maybe interesting with this serious problem, it‘s the sedoy installation

due to the problem described above, I tried the installation on another machine and in second step with another ista version. In all cases, the rep documents for bmw bikes will not be found and „Product Structure“ is greyed out. Is it the same in your installations? Would be nice, if anyone could check.
