Quick ISTA Install Question...

hey guys... I've never installed ISTA before, and have downloaded from here:  https://www.bimmerscene.com/showthread.php?tid=9367 and read all the instructions multiple times.

It downloaded 2 files which I both unzipped:



The top folder contains the following



The 2nd folder contains 86GB of random files



My questions are...what do I do now?  Assuming i run the ISTA_4.56.30_Standalone_EN_Bimmerscene.exe

But what do I do with the big 86GB folder?

Thanks and sorry. I work in IT and build installer packages regularly and usually can figure it out, but with this, I'm stumped.

You are not supposed to manually extract the .7z files. Just download everything and run "ISTA_4.56.30_Standalone_EN_Bimmerscene.exe".

Got it thank you. One last thing... where do you put all the PsZData files/folders?

Another noob question, when I run ISTA_4.56.30_Standalone_EN_Bimmerscene.exe, it exists with "Error while extracting...'. I am not sure what to look for as there isn't a more detailed installation log. I am using a fresh install of Win11 laptop with 950 GB free space and 16GB of RAM. I have disabled Windows Real time protection, also. I'd appreciate any pointers/help. Thank you

So I was able to get it further along I id dot do or change anything since the previous post) and install process started but the installer is complaining that it is not able to find ISTAGUI.exe. Rob noted in the release thread that is has been obfuscated but I cannot get past the installer error message. Any ideas on how to get past the error message and continue with the install?
