Check with ista the error codes. If you have wifi areal antenna error in memory... do you need to add the wifi antenna.

Hello, Are you able to add the iphone to the Evo and use it as bluetooth ? If yes, try to remove it from idrive system, and connect it back. Enable Carplay at iphone side, and give it a new try.
