you can flash the DME software several times without any issue, as long as it has the same power class, for example in your case is the 320I software. Once you attempt to flash the DME with another software which has a different power class ( 328i software ) , then you will not be able to successfully flash and code the dme unless you first reset the working hours of the DME, and that needs someone with tuning tool, and you will be lucky to find one who can do it via OBD without opening the DME.
My only advice to all the forum members: always check the forum's updated rules to avoid any warnings or bans.

This will work if you have access to those Special patch software files for Esys, which this guy had used to flash the DME with.

You can Contact him via youtube and ask if he can provide you with those ( and I'm 100% those files wont be cheap and wont be free of charge ).
