I am trying to get my install correct. After install, I put SDP 4.45.30 in PSdZ\data_swi folder but when I open ISTA and check the programming tab it is blank. Do I also need BLP for 4.45.30? Currenty BLP 4.39.20 is installed. All registry keys are correct. I have double checked everything but cant get the programming data to populate on ISTA. Thanks in advance

Skip downloading the SDP (full psdz) since there is a newer version of this anyway. Only download and install BLP and required language files. Then update BLP and/or SDP manually to latest 4.4x.xx version!
