I managed to find one somewhere else. Let me know if you need it, also how you would prefer to see it uploaded.

I have successfully cloned the CIC HDD many times and done the IDE to solid state upgrade. I don't have an image saved but can help anyone trying to update HDD to CF card. Yes I do mean CF card
A quick ish explanation... I have attempted to produce and IDE to SATA converter that would a be plug and play retrofit. Sadly the results were not positive. Basically the parts I used do not work with the CIC to read/boot. The SATA drive is recognised at the beginning of boot but fails to read and stops the drive from being used. Even if the known working IC for SATA boot was used it would not work correctly. This is well documented on another forum. So, basically the ONLY solution that works properly using a 128GB CF card in an IDE adapter. Since CF is directly compatible with IDE and the two interfaces are of similar age the CIC will be very happy with CF cards. I have done a few upgrades now and the cloning process is quite easy given the right software and procedure. It takes about an hour to do.
So, just ask if you need any help.
P.S I am very busy and don't always have time to frequent forums, but I will do my best to help ASAP
