F20 Black Panel 6WA Retrofit

Hello , are you guya talking about thw f20 lci black panels ? Foe the love of god please me how do you remove the needle to acces the back of the board ? I tried twisting , pulling ( even broke something there ) but i can't seem to removw the needles to acces the cip to blank it

twisting the needle anticlockwise while pulling helped in my case.
