Skip downloading the SDP (full psdz) since there is a newer version of this anyway. Only download and install BLP and required language files. Then update BLP and/or SDP manually to latest 4.4x.xx version!

Hello everyone.
I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I've been trying to find an answer for a few days. ? Is it possible to identify the 17-digit VIN-Number(offline) without the vehicle connection avoiding this error, or is it normal? I mention that I have set ediabas.ini for obd cable connection and the necessary programs (VCredist x64-x86, vs90_piaredist, ediabas 7.3.0), and ISTA is installed in C:\\EC-APPS.
