Hello sir. do you have blp reg file and sdp reg file for this ista version?  If you have can you send reg files to me? I have Failed to start ISTA.
Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.  error.
